The invention is based on a consideration allowing the separation of the fixing and supporting function between two separate elements: in this case, first of all, it consists mainly of a relatively solid material, for example, polyoxymethylene, made in a clamping ring, essentially the only function of which is to with the possibility of releasing to fix the base part on the insertion part, and, secondly, with a support ring made of relatively soft material, essentially the only function of which is to m to elastically support the base part to the insertion part and, therefore, to the mounting head of the pin tooth shaft or the like. If the clamping ring, as is the case in the preferred embodiment of the invention, is made of a rectangular and transverse material and, held by the retaining ring, is partially inserted into the corresponding recess of the basement, it performs another function - to seal against the oral cavity that inner region of the basement, in which contains the support ring, consisting of a relatively soft elastic material, due to which no peeling that adversely affects the support ring can fall into the industrial the daily cavity between the basement and the conical outer surface of the insertion part.

The invention is illustrated in the drawing, which shows a device for fixing removable dentures.
The device for fixing removable dentures comprises a pin tooth shaft 1 consisting of titanium O, at its upper end has an insertion part consisting of a substantially cylindrical lower part 2 and a substantially conical upper part 3, the largest diameter of which is near the upper end of the lower part 2 and the outer surface of which from the region of the largest diameter rises substantially conically to the top 4 of the upper part. The support ring 8, made of relatively soft silicone rubber in the form of an O-ring, is located between the conical outer surface of the upper part 3 and the inner surface 9 of the crown part 5. The clamping ring 7 is held in the annular groove 6 of the crown part 5 by means of a retaining ring 10 of titanium, moreover, when creating a separate element of the insertion connection, the clamping ring 7 is first inserted into the still open annular groove 6, after which it is inserted and secured, for example, by means of a flange, th ring 10. Between the inner end surface of the base part and the vertex 14 of the upper part of the insert part there is a damping pad 11 in the form of a silicone rubber plate glued to the inner surface of the base part. An annular groove 12 of the base part serves to partially perceive the support ring 8, and the crown part 5 itself carries a prosthetic device 13. which is not the subject of the invention.
A device for fixing prostheses works as follows: After inserting the shaft 1 of the pin tooth, naturally, it can also be the implant shaft, and, if necessary, the mounting head mounted on the tooth root, etc. - basement connected to the prosthetic device 13, in which free elements are previously placed, i.e. the support ring 8 and the clamping ring 7 are pressed in the direction of the longitudinal axis of symmetry to the upper part 3, while the clamping ring 7 is slightly expanded and, as a result, closes the insertion part behind the zone of the largest diameter of the mushroom-shaped upper part 3. In this position, there is a distance of, for example, one millimeter between the top of the upper part 3 and the inner end surface of the crown part 5. Under compressive loads due to chewing movements, it becomes possible to a large extent, namely to a millimeter, the relative movement spring-loaded by the elastic support ring 8 in the direction of the longitudinal axis of symmetry between the crown part 5 and the lower part and, therefore, the shaft 11 of the pin tooth. At the same time, bearing in the direction 5 across the longitudinal axis of symmetry is extremely accurate, excluding swimming, which ensures satisfactory installation of the prosthetic device or the like. 5
The features of the invention presented in the above description, in the drawing, as well as in the claims, can be significant in various examples of execution when carrying out the invention both individually and in any combination.

Claim
1. A device for fixing removable dentures, containing the intra-root and crown parts, demountably connected to each other, while the intra-root part is made in the form of a rod passing into the neck with the head, and the crown part is hollow and has means for its fixation on the head, characterized in that, in order to increase wear resistance, it is equipped with a metal insert located in the cavity of the crown part and having annular grooves made along the perimeter on the inner side surface of the insert and, and the means of fixing the crown part is made in the form of clamping and supporting rings located in the corresponding 30 grooves of the insert with the possibility of interaction with the head and neck of the rod and made of elastic material, while the head is conical in shape with rounded vertices, a larger diameter the cross section of which exceeds the diameter of the neck.
