Another embodiment of the invention is characterized in that a damping pad is located on the inner surface of the insert, opposite the top of the head. The clamping ring 7 is held in the annular groove 6 of the crown part 5 by means of a retaining ring 10 of titanium, moreover, when creating a separate element of the insertion connection, the clamping ring 7 is first inserted into the still open annular groove 6, after which it is inserted and secured, for example, by means of a flange, th ring 10. Between the inner end surface of the base part and the vertex 14 of the upper part of the insert part there is a damping pad 11 in the form of a silicone rubber plate glued to the inner surface of the base part. An annular groove 12 of the base part serves to partially perceive the support ring 8, and the crown part 5 itself carries a prosthetic device 13. which is not the subject of the invention. A device for fixing prostheses works as follows: After inserting the shaft 1 of the pin tooth, naturally, it can also be the implant shaft, and, if necessary, the mounting head mounted on the tooth root, etc. - basement connected to the prosthetic device 13, in which free elements are previously placed, i.e. the support ring 8 and the clamping ring 7 are pressed in the direction of the longitudinal axis of symmetry to the upper part 3, while the clamping ring 7 is slightly expanded and, as a result, closes the insertion part behind the zone of the largest diameter of the mushroom-shaped upper part 3. Under compressive loads due to chewing movements, it becomes possible to a large extent, namely to a millimeter, the relative movement spring-loaded by the elastic support ring 8 in the direction of the longitudinal axis of symmetry between the crown part 5 and the lower part and, therefore, the shaft 11 of the pin tooth.
